Bryan Fossi
Bryan Fossi served as Chief Data, Analytics and AI Officer in a federal command, across one of the largest and most complex logistics enterprises in government. The data governance requirements in that environment are stricter than anything a school district or a mid-market company is going to hand him.
He currently leads an AI/ML and data intelligence practice at a federal consulting firm, which means the work is current rather than remembered. What gets taught in a workshop is what is being deployed this quarter.
The other half of the background is the sideline. Bryan is a former college soccer player and a former college coach who evaluated and recruited prospects. He is currently a high school head coach and an MLS Next Academy coach, with multiple District Championships and Coach of the Year recognition.
He founded FossAI Solutions because the AI conversation in schools, athletic departments, and mid-market companies keeps starting in the wrong place. Vendors demo the tool. Consultants sell the strategy deck. Almost nobody starts with the student records, the acceptable use policy, and the question of whether the deployment is allowed to exist at all.
