Bryan Fossi
Bryan Fossi served as Chief Data & AI Officer at NAVSUP, the Naval Supply Systems Command — one of the Department of Defense's largest and most complex logistics enterprises. In this capacity, he led the design and execution of enterprise AI capabilities, deploying AI and automation capabilities across one of the Navy's largest enterprise resource planning environments, establishing governance structures, and institutionalizing AI adoption through programs delivered to hundreds of government professionals.
Prior to his appointment as CDAO, Bryan held senior leadership roles across defense operations, supply systems analysis, and enterprise data strategy — building the operational foundation that informs his approach to AI deployment today. His work focused on bridging the persistent gap between the promise of artificial intelligence and its realization in production environments — advancing a disciplined approach to transformation grounded in operational outcomes rather than theoretical innovation.
He is the founder of FossAI Solutions, established to address a structural gap in the market: organizations with the complexity to benefit from enterprise-grade AI leadership and the agility to act on it remain underserved by the level of strategic leadership typically reserved for large enterprises and federal institutions. The firm extends that caliber of advisory to organizations operating at that intersection.
Bryan holds an active Department of Defense network and security clearance, enabling him to advise defense-adjacent and government contracting organizations with a nuanced understanding of compliance, classification, and procurement constraints — capabilities not typically accessible through traditional consulting firms.

Methodology
The FossAI Methodology
Every engagement follows a simple principle: AI that doesn't ship doesn't matter. Strategy without execution is just expensive advice. The FossAI Solutions model is built around three phases that every successful AI program goes through:
01
Diagnose
Understand your actual starting point - not the idealized version. Data readiness, team capability, business context, and competitive landscape all matter before a single model is chosen.
02
Align
Build organizational consensus around a prioritized path. AI initiatives fail most often because of people and politics, not technology. Alignment is a prerequisite, not a nice-to-have.
03
Execute
Ship something real. A working pilot, a trained team, a live governance framework. Proof of concept with a path to production - not another slide deck.
